Private Investigator Victor Drago first appeared in TORNADO in 1979 and into the 1980s. Based on the early 20th century fictional detective Sexton Blake and Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes, Drago and his bloodhound, Brutus, resided in rooms on Baker Street. Assisted by his cockney assistant, Spencer, Drago foiled the machinations of various villains of the inter-war years.
